Building at the base of a world-class ski resort isn’t for the “wing-it” crowd. The Daly at Red Mountain is a massive 89-unit apartment complex that required a higher level of planning and professionalism to match its high-end environment. Covering a staggering 82,000 square feet, this project blended upscale residential living with essential Retail and Communal Spaces.

With approximately 580,000 board feet of Drywall to manage, our team didn’t flinch. We executed a comprehensive interior scope, including high-performance Insulation, precision Drywall, and seamless Taping. Because this project demanded structural versatility, we also handled Steel Framed Walls at the concrete levels and specialized Steel Framed Ceilings throughout. While other contractors might struggle with the sheer scale and mountain logistics, we showed up with a plan and delivered a finish that’s as solid as the mountain itself.
